My Geek Box November

UK Geeky Goodies!

Dark Maul Mousepad

Lenticular mousepad with a rubber bottom.  May use it for my Star Wars display and collectibles since I'm not in immediate need of a mousepad at the moment.

Inflatable Adventure Time Sword

Ha, ha.  I'm actually fond of this.

Pac Man Keychain Bottle Opener

Love this

Nerds Candies

Candy is always appreciated ♥

Fallout 4 Mug

Holy balls this is my new favourite mug!

Marvel Superhero Vs Villains Playing Cards

Not familiar with this card game but it appears to be akin to games along the D&D and Pokemon vein.  The artwork is amazing.

Rogue Trooper Comic Book

Cheeky, dark humour.  Love it.

Loot Crate November 'Combat'

With teasers claiming loot from Fallout 4, Street Fighter and Blizzard, I'm excited it's finally here!

Exclusive Cute But Deadly Magnet Set

Weak, thin magnets.  Won't hold anything but will look good wherever they go

Exclusive Fallout 4 Vault Boy Bobble Head

Holy balls!  How awesome is that?

TMNT Shredder Sunglasses

Bulky and not for me.  Not sure what the surge of interest in TMNT is all of the sudden but it is what it is.

The Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2 Pin

For fans of The Hunger Games, it's a heavy cast pin.

Exclusive Street Fighter Hyper Looting Comic Book

As a fan of both comics and Street Fighter, I like it.  Eiren pointed out that the Street Fighter item was hyped this month and it turned out to be just a comic.  It's hit or miss but I do agree that a comic is not a 'showcase loot item'.  This has happened with many other sub boxes where the hyped loot has been a sticker (ugh) or a pin (UGH).  It happens.  Either way, I dig the comic book.

Cute But Deadly Vinyl Mystery Figures

I didn't know these existed!  Mystery box!

Combat Button

What Loot Crate did extremely well this month is include 'Re-gift Tags'.  This is brilliant for the upcoming gift-giving season.  I trade and re-gift quite a bit and these tags are perfect.  More boxes should include them.

Super Geek Box November 'Legacy'

What's in the box???

ONE: Funko 1 of 6 Star Wars The Force Awakens POP!

Captain Phasma is a welcome addition to The Force Awakens POPS! I've received this month

Side note: It has been an excellent month for POP! collectors and excited fans of The Force Awakens.

TWO: SGB Exclusive Time Traveler Drawstring Bag

A Tardis knappie, does anyone need anything else?

THREE: SGB Exclusive Nyan Dog Adventures Lanyard

As if Nyan Cat wasn't enough...

FOUR: SGB Exlusive Traditional Season Greeting Card

Very clever and unique Holiday card

FIVE: SGB Exclusive 'That's No Moon!' Fridge Magnet

It won't hold anything but it sure looks nice

SIX: SGB Exclusive Just Do Passion Tee

Whatever you do, do it with passion

1UP Box November 'Power'

The little green box of happiness

What's in the box???

1 Funko Mopeez

Their adorable mopey mugs make me happy.  Spidey's sappy mug makes me happy.

2 Starwars Puzzle (1 of 2)

More Starwars goodies to keep us busy until the film is released.

3 Harley Quinn Air (Freshener) Offender

Geeks and gamers apparently stink to high Hell and the scent coming off this one is ghastly.  It offends my nostrils terribly.  It's combination of cherry, vanilla, and two-stroke...lovely.

4 Dragon Ball Sticker

Goku might have your back with this decal

5 DC Buildable Figures

I have a Batman one somewhere in my collection.  They are similar to ones you get in the market vending machines.  The globe heads snaps together with a notch for the head to fit snug.  The Green Lantern is a welcome addition.

6 Over 9000 Tee

I can't begin to describe how much I adore this design.

Monthly Button

As a button snob, I will admit that this one has a cool design.  It's The Flash, cmon.  In the end, it's still just a button.

Z BOX November 'Time Travel'

Marty McFly Exclusive POP!, Graphic Novel, Blink Time Watch, Dr. Who Socks, Nifty Box

Bonus Item: The Almanac (it's really a comic!)

Geek Fuel November

The Red Box of Happiness is here!

Pac Man Salt and Pepper Shakers

Ceramic Inkie and Pinky shakers that will make your table setting jealous

Ghostbusters Playing Cards

30th Anniversary deck.

War Never Changes Propaganda Poster (Fallout 4)

I immediately unrolled this to flatten it for framing.  It is a nice weight to it somewhere between basic poster paper and cardstock.

How Video Games are Made Mini Book & Defense Grid 2 Game Download

Very nice little article/interview on how DG2 was made.  I haven't been able to put down Fallout 4 since the 10th so I have to give the game a go at a later time.

Fallout 4 Security Key Card & Giveaway

Pretty neat little CAC card that has a code for an online Fallout giveaway.  Geek Fuel is making a habit of incorporating these hidden giveaways in their boxes and I like it.

I didn't win :)

Mockingjay Decal

Hunger Games fans can adorn their belongings with the iconic Mockingjay emblem.

Assemble the Resistance Exclusive T-Shirt

I will admit that the Star Wars hype surge has overrun sub boxes.  However, I do like this tee more than I thought I would so that's a plus.

Resistance Fighter jet blueprints not to scale

Nerd Block Inaugural Sci-Fi Block

Nerd Block announced their new block, The Sci-Fi block.  Eiren insisted we give it a go to see what's it all about so here it is.

What's in the box???

Shirt Punch Exclusive Tee (1 of 2)

The Off the Ground Hoverboard design we received combines the radiation suit Marty wore and the iconic hoverboard from Back to the Future II.  Their was a distinct odor coming off the shirt that was appalling.  Everything in the box reeked.

Claudia Wells Autograph

Nerd Block has been notorious for including autographed memorabilia in their blocks much to fans delight.

Star Wars Mad Libs

Nerd Block is making of habit of including these in every other block.

Doctor Who Keychain (1 of 2)

Funko Pocket Pop! keychain of your favourite doctor,  I've seen several complains around the net about mystery boxes claiming to have a Funko Pop! and much to customer disappointment, it has only been a Funko keychain.  I constantly remind my mates that regardless of what we would naturally value something like a Funko keychain for, it is a Funko product that has it's own retail well above what we would price it at.  That being said, if the keychains aren't your favourite, they make great gifts or there are many outlets on the net to trade.

Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens Can Cozy (1 of 4)

I can safely say that I have never used a cozy.  I seem to have quite a bit of them simply because of their design but for me they serve no practical purpose.

Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens Funko Pop! Vinyl (Assorted)

I do enjoy the fact that Nerd Block is going for more assortment of items instead of every block containing the exact same loot.  I do like that these Funko have their own stylish stand for display.

We pulled Kylo Ren (Eiren hates it) and his lightsaber is torqued a bit but no bother to me.

Some parting words on Sci-Fi block.  I think I see what Nerd Block was attempting to achieve but I'm not sure I'm on board.  The items in this block very well could/have been in any of their other blocks. There wasn't anything in this block that set it apart from the others.  Eiren has decided to give the block another month before making the decision to cancel for good.
