Loot Crate Magazine and button: A look at retro games, crate offerings and a pop-out of a retro controller. The button and the front cover are the same image.
Exclusive 8-Bit Glasses: A true nod to the 80's and the 8-bit era. Pretty cool to stroll down Nostalgia Lane but definitely not something that I would wear on a daily basis or ever.
Comic Notebook: A DIY Comic is a novel idea. The paper is decent and bound together in a pocket notebook. If I had any semblance of artistic talent, I would dig the hell out of this. Since I can only draw stick figures, this isn't for me.
Exclusive Voltron Blueprint Tee: Hell yes Voltron! Voltron and I were best mates when I was a wee one. Absolutely fantastic tee!
Exclusive Star Wars Comic Book Issue 001: Great choice for this month's crate. Star Wars is a classic. People either love it or hate it [Star Wars and/or comics] but I 'm happy to see it in the crate.
Exclusive 10-Doh! Figures: (1 of 6): These little figures are too much fun. There are six different designs and I pulled the gold 'Legend of the Future' figure and it looks great on my desk.
Exclusive Retro Arcade Skinny Tie: I find it incredibly sexy when a man wears a tie. When I wear a tie, I look like a feeb. I do like that Space Invaders is imaged on the tie. Perhaps I can repurpose this better to my liking.
Final Verdict
The nostalgia is strong with this month's crate. Very cool trip down memory land. Even though some of the items I wasn't too keen about, someone else out there may probably enjoy them.
